Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

new Zealand

  • North/South Island Economy: 1–3 working days (allow extra time for rural)

Australia

  • Economy International: 3-6 working days

United States, canada, europe

  • Standard International: 5–7 working days

These delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to customs processing, international transit delays, weather events, or peak shipping volumes.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, additional costs may apply to re-send the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with NZ Post where possible.

Damaged Parcels

We take care to package all orders securely. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the external packaging (including any visible courier damage)

This information helps us assess the issue and, where applicable, lodge a claim with postal services.
